Too hard to cancel.

We are creating a database of website which make cancellations really difficult

click-to-cancel.com is steadily adding examples for companies which require cancellations of subscriptions and memberships via phone or use other patterns to make cancellations cumbersome. These patterns are often not illegal (yet). We hope that our database helps that customers willing to sign up for a service know laredy how hard it will be to cancel.

During the initial setup for the database (April-June 2023), we largely rely on twitter posts of users complaining about cancellations, see below. Most if not all posts will be correct, but we do not verify the accuracy of each post. Please contact us if something seems incorrect.
